After anti-wrinkle injections
Results usually start to show within a few days and settle by about two weeks.

Do
- Stay upright for 4 hours
- Gently use the treated muscles (frown, smile) for the first hour
- Keep your review appointment at about 2 weeks
Don't
- Rubbing or massaging the area for 24 hours
- Hard exercise, saunas or steam for 24 hours
- Facials or face massage for 2 weeks
- Lying face-down for 4 hours
What's normal
- Small bumps at injection points for 20–30 minutes
- Mild redness or a small bruise
- A slight headache on the first day
When to call us
- Drooping of an eyelid or brow
- Difficulty swallowing or speaking — seek medical help straight away
- Signs of infection
