Inside 15 On Orange

The practice is in The Capital Hotel at 15 On Orange in Gardens, on the corner of Orange Street and Grey's Pass, with secure underground parking. You can stay in the hotel or nearby in the City Bowl.

From the airport

Cape Town International is about 20 km away — usually 20 to 30 minutes by car or e-hailing, longer in peak traffic.

Planning around a holiday

Book treatment early in your trip so there's time for a follow-up. Plan sun, sea and wine-tasting days after treatments like whitening or implant placement.

Paying & claiming back home

Pay by card at the practice. You'll get an itemised invoice with treatment codes to claim from your medical aid or insurer at home.

FAQ

Before you travel.

Can I book before I arrive in Cape Town?

Yes. Send us a WhatsApp or book online with your travel dates, and we'll suggest appointment times that fit your stay.

Can you send me a treatment plan in advance?

We can talk through options by WhatsApp or email, but a full plan and quote need an examination and X-rays at your first visit.

How do I claim from my medical aid or insurer at home?

We give you an itemised invoice with treatment codes, which most medical aids and travel or dental insurers ask for. Check your own policy before you travel.

What if I need a follow-up after I fly home?

We'll plan treatment so the key steps happen while you're here, and give you records and X-rays to share with your dentist at home.

How far is the practice from the airport?

Cape Town International Airport is about 20 km from Gardens — usually 20 to 30 minutes by car, longer in peak traffic.
